I sold my house through Will in spring 2014 in the Seattle metro area. He achieved a price that was fair to both me and the buyer. The sale went through smoothly, despite some potential complications. Will is as local as they get: born and raised in the area. Most important, Will is honest. He has an absolute high level of ethics that I admire. He can and will negotiate, but no games. I prefer that.

I was house hunting with Will for well over a year before finally deciding on a place, and I really appreciated his realty expertise throughout the entire time. It didn't matter how many emails I sent him or how dumb my questions were at times, he always gave thoughtful and knowledgeable responses and generally seemed to have my best interests in mind. Most appreciated of all was that he was able to negotiate the price down 10k below the originally agreed upon purchase price after the bank under-appraised the property.
