I couldn't believe how easy this was. As full time caregiver to my elderly mother, who recently moved in with me, I didn't have the time or energy to commit to selling her house. I was looking for a quick cash sale, I had an offer from a family friend. Mike was referred to me by a friend, I called and we met at the residence. He thought the house was worth more, but I explained my situation and how I didn't have the time-70 mile round trip to the residence-So I took a chance and took his advice and glad I did.
