We needed to sell our rental property in Edgewood, WA, and Gavin Shnieder from Abode Base Real Estate was recommended to us. I contacted Gavin, and he met my wife and I at the property within an hour or so of my initial call to him. He was very personable. Gavin told us what we should do regarding final preparations to sell the property. We followed his instructions, and we also agreed perfectly on the listing price! The home was listed, and we had multiple competing offers within 4 days. We chose the best offer on day 4, and sold the house for 15k over list price, and the inspection was even waived! We closed the deal 27 days later! This was the smoothest real estate sale that I have ever experienced, and Gavin, along with his assistant Kris Ogilvie kept us updated on the escrow process on a regular basis.
