My husband and I have had many experiences with real estate agents as we have purchased and sold both personal and investment properties over the years. Our past experiences have taught us, regardless of who the agent is, (friend or just acquaintance) they are always more interested in how the bottom line will benefit them. Never have we had the opportunity to work with someone who was genuinely interested in directing us to a property that was truly in our best interest, until we met Caroline. Caroline is not only full of local knowlege, she is honest, open, and totally accessible-even opening her home at late/early hours to accommodate! To our surprise, Caroline proved there are top notch agents who are willing to fight for you and even redirect you to another listing (which may mean smaller commission) to make sure you acquire the property that is optimum for your scenario. Our son in California recently had a nightmare experience selling his house, because his agent was not firm with the buyer.
