We were shopping around for agents to sell our home in Buena Park when I decided to contact Jaimie. She responded right away via email and we set up a time to talk on the phone. When we talked she was easy to talk to and was genuine about helping us sell our home for the most amount of money in a short amount of time. At first I wanted to hold off on putting the house on the market right away but after re-thinking it I decided it was best to put it on the market that day. Jaimie came to meet me on short notice and made helpful suggestions to get the house in show condition. She got professional pictures done in a day and we had an open house that same weekend! Other agents we contacted were very pushy about using their services or did not show enough interest in wanting to get the house on the market right away. Jaimie was eager but not too pushy and I felt comfortable with her from the start. I also liked that she never talked negatively about any other agents also wanting to sell our house. To me, that really showed her character. After the first week, we got multiple offers! Jaimie was very professional about helping us narrow it down to the strongest candidate. While we were in escrow we hit a few bumps but Jaimie was able to still successfully negotiate for us to get the price we wanted. We worked with Mei on all the paperwork during escrow. She was also very knowledgeable and responsive whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend her as well. We had a very positive experience with Jaimie and her team and would recommend them to anyone. She has your best interest at heart and in the end that matters!!!

Jamie got introduced to us through a friend who purchased 2 houses with her as their realtor. Jamie, you can tell, shes very experienced with the real estate business. She is very patient with us who are first time home buyers who, like everybody else, is so picky and so undecided with what house to buy. She showed us a lot of listings, we went to a lot of houses for sale and looked inside. One thing I so most liked with her is that she knows what to check, even tiny details she can point out whats good and whats wrong with the house who for us inexperienced cant notice. She gives us honest opinions and never ever pressured us to buy. You can call her or text her anytime just to ask questions and she gladly answers it. We finally found the house we wanted and we bought it at a price that we wanted. Hats off to Jamies negotiation skills! Its been a month since we settled in to our new house and we have no ounce of regret whatsoever. Everything is so perfect. We so love our new house and we are very thankful Jamie came into our lives!
