We had some pretty specific things we were looking for regarding the acreage and home but we couldn't afford to be flexible on the price. Additionally, we needed to be in a specific area so we could be close to family and work. Those were some challenging constraints, but Tyler was still able to find some options for us. The house we bought-- we had seen it online and passed it by, but Tyler sent us the link again and suggested that we actually go and take a real look at it. When we did, we realized that was the perfect house for us! Tyler was always available to show us homes on our schedule and he was very knowledgeable about the process. He responded quickly when we contacted him with questions and was efficient with the paperwork. I liked that he was relaxed and not pushy with the process of looking at the homes, at the same time, he would give you a professional opinion when you asked for it. Tyler was also knowledgeable about fixer-upper homes and special financing.
