If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would. When we started seriously looking for houses in a new town, we wanted to be sure we went through a realtor who we trusted and knew would have our best interest in mind throughout the whole process - who wouldn't want that, right? Several of my friends had used him with purchasing and selling their homes and came HIGHLY recommended by all, so our choice to use him was a no brainer. He is extremely progressional and knowledgeable about the markets he's working in, and in our case, a market he didn't work in often. Response time, communication, turn around time on your requests? No issues whatsoever. If there's something to know, new info, or no updates as of yet - he'll tell you and be in constant communication so you always know what's going on (or not) in real-time. I can't recommend him enough. He's great at what he does - our satisfaction and new, pretty house shows it!
