Service is my primary focus The best part of originating loans for me is helping the customer I enjoy answering questions and strive to make the whole experience comfortable especially for nervous first time buyers I have never sidestepped a challenging situation and I dont plan to do so in the futureI have an extensive background in all aspects of the mortgage business including banking mortgage banking and brokering as well as experience managing my own business Im told I am keenly aware of how all the processes within a company can affect the service rendered to the customerI am especially good at explaining details in clear terms that people can understand Im very adept with the latest technology thanks to my daughters and that means my loan approvals take minutes not weeks I am a problem solver at heart I will do all I can to find the optimal solution for each customers situation
