Hi, I'm Ken Graczak, an experienced mortgage broker based in Bloomington, Minnesota. For more than 23 years I've helped people understand how to buy a home and make smart mortgage decisions. As a mortgage broker, I'm able to work with many lenders instead of just one bank. That means I can compare options and help you find a loan that fits your situation. Sometimes that means a better rate. Sometimes it means a program that helps someone qualify when they didn't think homeownership was possible. Every loan is a little different. I look at each one like a puzzle. Some are simple. Some take a little more problem solving. My job is to step back, look at the full picture, and help you find the path that makes sense. My passion for this work comes from my own background. I grew up with a single mom raising three kids who didn't know she could buy a home. That experience shaped how I work with clients today. I believe people deserve clear information before making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Many of the people I help are first time homebuyers, buyers who thought they didn't qualify, or homeowners who simply want a second opinion before moving forward. I also wrote a guide called The Blueprint to Homeownership, which walks buyers step by step through the process so there are no surprises along the way.
