Okay, so, as first-time homebuyers, my partner and I were totally ready and nervous to work with a lender, and being first-time homebuyers, it is a little nerve-wracking not knowing all the process and having many questions. But working with Joey made all the difference. Right from the start, he was super friendly, always got back to us ASAP, and was always on top of things. It made what could've been a nightmare feel easy and even fun. Joey answered every single question (and we had a ton!), always explained things clearly and fast. He broke everything down so we could get it, never rushed us, and really seemed to care about helping us out. One of the coolest moments was at closing when Joey surprised us with this awesome custom wooden sign with our last name on it. It was such a thoughtful and personal thing to do, and it made everything feel so real. He's such an amazing dude who helped us get here, and you just feel good vibes from him the second you meet him. We're so thankful to Joey for all his help, patience, and kindness.
