Demi and her team are amazing. When we started the process with her we weren’t even looking at houses... I know, weird. I wanted all the financial details and data before I would even start looking. She was willing not only to have a few calls with me talking over the numbers, but also communicated back and forth with different scenarios multiple times before we even set foot in our first open house. Once we started looking it was game on and Demi and her team helped us find and close on a house in 36 days, without any hiccups.
