I have been in the lending industry for over 35 years, bringing a well-rounded perspective shaped by experience across both wholesale and retail lending. My career has included loan processing, real estate sales, loan documentation, funding, underwriting, quality control -- and, of course, loan origination. With this background, I offer my clients decades of hands-on experience and insight gained from helping hundreds of individuals and families, across all stages of life and income levels. By staying current on the latest loan programs and underwriting guidelines, I guide and educate my clients through options ranging from First-Time Homebuyer programs to financing strategies for the seasoned investor. I believe an informed client is an empowered client. I take the time to ensure you truly understand the mortgage process; while also learning about your goals so I can present options that genuinely make sense for you. Born in San Diego, I have lived throughout the Golden State and settled in the Greater Sacramento area in 1995. My husband, Vince, and I live in Shingle Springs. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering as the Honor Our Troops Committee Chair (since 2010), home improvement and landscaping projects, RV travel, hiking, kayaking, biking, painting -- and, of course, wine tasting! I am a proud mom to my grown son, Jeremy, and a very proud grandmother to his daughter, Savannah. And yes -- I truly love what I do.
