I'm not sure I can say much more about Brian than has already been said numerous times in other reviews, but I will try. First off, everything in the all the five star reviews is true. Brian is truly one of a kind. We were relocating to the DC area from out of state, which was exceedingly stressful between packing our stuff, selling our house and trying to find a new house. We had a long string of disappointments in finding a place, and it seemed that no one we worked with looked out for our interests. Brian was the sole exception. He was there for us every step of the way and did whatever he could to help us with every aspect of our search. He was empathetic, resourceful, and most of all, incredibly competent. He is an expert in his field and has a gift for explaining the ins and outs of any complex issue you throw at him in simple terms. He made it his mission to find us an agent that put our interests first. Without her I truly believe we would not have secured the house that we did. In Brian I have never dealt with someone who took such a personal interest in helping us in every way possible. He is truly extraordinary.
