Our relationship with Zia spans two decades and includes homes bought and sold (and almost bought and sold...). When we made the decision to move back to Bastrop, there was no doubt about what agent we would use. Buying a home in this market is hard and finding someone you trust both personally and with the business process of it is hard. To say we love our house would be an understatement; we never would have found it and navigated the tricky process of appraisals, limited inventory for what we wanted, and negotiations without Zia. We've bought and sold homes before and at this stage in our life have a checklist that is more complex than just wanting a certain number of bedrooms and kitchen cabinet color. Zia works to understand her clients' lifestyles and how that translates into a home. (And isn't afraid to tell you when a home doesn't match that no matter how much you might want it to.) Zia knows the market, knows the community, and understands the business. We worked with Zia over the course of several months while trying to coordinate an out of state move and ultimately bought a home "sight unseen" because of how much we trusted that she understood our home and financial goals. We cannot say enough about how much we value this relationship (both professionally and personally) and would recommend Zia without reservation to anyone looking to a buy or sell a home in Bastrop.
