I have experience working with all of the many different types of clients that Phoenix attracts: buyers (first time and repeat), relocation buyers, sellers (move up, move down, and move out of AZ) and investors (buy & hold, fix & flip, multifamily, etc.)
I got started in real estate in 2010 when a friend asked me to help him sell a prime piece of land in the Ecuadorian Andes. From there it grew into working on projects in the Ecuadorian amazon, coastal developments, and even a project on the Galapagos Islands. During that time I realized I had a way of connecting people and getting things going and when I moved back to the US in 2013, real estate was the clear option for me.
I have a lot of experience working with first time homebuyers as the bulk of the business I did through 2020 was buyers, many of whom were buying for the first time. I was also trained in nationally-recognized home-selling program and listed and sold over 80 homes in 2020 and 2021.
