Zack is truly one of a kind. I don't think anyone is fully ready for the financial ramifications of a divorce... including selling your marital home. Zack not only helped my wife and I sell our home, but was able to best guide us through the process communicatively and amicably. I will never use another realtor again. He was transparent from the get-go, advised us throughout the process, and we were able to make enough of a profit to pay off our marital debt, which was a huge relief for both of us.
