In May 2015, I bought a house with Zack on 165 redwood ave sac ca 95815. The ask was 129k. They had all cash offer. I went 10k over. I got cal hfa loan and got in the house for roughly 145k total. I later got the PMI off and refinanced the silent 2nd hfa and a car away so owed 160k total. I had thought about selling to Sundae, but they lowballed me a 245k cash offer. I listed almost the last week in May 2022. The Zestimate was 360-380k. Zack said the algorithm was lumping me in with more expensive areas nearby. He recommended list for 300k and start bidding war. We got multiple offers, but ultimately closed on a 325k 80/20 loan offer. The process was very easy and straightforward. Since closing the market has turned with increase in interest rates. Now I can take my profit and all cash offer down southern US and live like a king. I will be working with Zack on this as well. Highly Recommended.

Zack was referred to us by an agent local to where we were living. Our family is preparing for a move and we knew that the Sacramento area would meet our needs. From the first phone call, Zack heard our wants and guided us through the sometimes stressful process of searching for that right home. We were limited on the amount of time we could spend in the area, and he was flexible and upfront about what he could show us and what wouldn't waste our time. Zack helped us find a location that was close to restaurants, shops and parks. He offered the pluses and minuses of the different areas which helped us narrow our search. Hi. I have used Zack Alber as a realtor in Sacramento on two occasions. Once in 2012 to purchase a home, and then in 2021 to sell the same home. Prior to using Zack on both occasions I consulted and pseudo interviewed other realtors--on both occasions I opted to use Zack Alber's services and have not regretted it. When he recently sold my home for over the listing price he kept me informed throughout the process and quickly responded to phone calls and questions that I had. He also seemed to work well with the other realtor, perhaps keeping the deal alive through a potential rough spot. Zack worked hard for the sale of my home I believe.
