In May 2015, I bought a house with Zack on 165 redwood ave sac ca 95815. The ask was 129k. They had all cash offer. I went 10k over. I got cal hfa loan and got in the house for roughly 145k total. I later got the PMI off and refinanced the silent 2nd hfa and a car away so owed 160k total. I had thought about selling to Sundae, but they lowballed me a 245k cash offer. I listed almost the last week in May 2022. The Zestimate was 360-380k. Zack said the algorithm was lumping me in with more expensive areas nearby. He recommended list for 300k and start bidding war. We got multiple offers, but ultimately closed on a 325k 80/20 loan offer. The process was very easy and straightforward. Since closing the market has turned with increase in interest rates. Now I can take my profit and all cash offer down southern US and live like a king. I will be working with Zack on this as well. Highly Recommended.
