Zachary Scher

From buying and selling trading cards as a child, to starting his first corporation at age 20, Zachary Scher has always been an entrepreneur. Zach has started multiple businesses during and after obtaining his Bachelors Degree from CW Post LIU and his Masters Degree from NYU. His enthusiasm, drive, and business mindset has served him well throughout his professional career and has helped Zach to become one of the up and coming stars in the Real Estate field.

Since starting in Real Estate in 2016, Zach has devoted himself to buyers and sellers alike. Zach loves working with people on things that truly matter to them, and he understands that the buying or selling of one's home is about as important as it gets. What sets him apart from other Real Estate Agents is his devotion to his clients and his understanding on the Nassau/Suffolk County Real Estate Market. Having lived on Long Island for his entire life, Zach has helped buyers and sellers with homes across Long Island and he continues to keep his finger on the pulse of the market. In 2016 Zach received the Rising Star Award in recognition of his success early in his career. Then in 2017 he received the Top Team Agent Award in recognition for being the top agent with 40 transactions. In 2018, Zach started his own team, Team Scher, which now has over 10 agents and iwas the fastest growing Coldwell Banker Team in 2019 that finished with over 130 houses sold. Also in 2019, Zach Scher was awarded the Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate by the Long Island Board of Realtors YPN.

When he is not working (almost never!), Zach likes to play and watch Football, enjoys building computers or trying out new gadgets, and playing the occasional video game. He is also a fitness nut who tries to get to the gym at least 5 times a week. Zach, his wife Kristin, and their two sons also love to travel all over the world!
