Zach has helped me with buying and selling two homes in Maryland and could not recommend him more highly. Having worked with other realtors in the state, I would say that he stands head and shoulders above the others. I bought homes with Zach both during the COVID craziness and after aEUR" in both circumstances, he was patient and worked with me to find homes that met my needs. He worked with me to show homes that met my initial criteria, while pointing out a great many things that I hadnt considered aEUR" factors that helped me make the right decisions in finding a house that felt like home. His negotiation skills were also exceptional, meaning that my offers were accepted quickly aEUR" even during COVID, when many first-time home buyers struggled to get their feet in the door. As a seller, Zach brings a great team. Hes always honest and up front about the market, property, etc. His photographers have always shown my home in its best light. His team of contractors are professional, responsive, and always reasonable. I was across the country for the last house I sold with Zach, and he took care of my house like it was his when I couldnt be there. Regardless of buying or selling, Zach has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns (and always seems to know the answers immediately!).
