Zach spent a great deal of time with me and my husband as we looked for our retirement home. Zach is a native to Colorado, so he is extremely knowledgeable about the different communities near Denver. He also has a background in construction, which is also very helpful when shopping for a home. His input was invaluable in finding the community that we felt would be the best fit for us. When I first started working with Zach, he knew that our purchase may be as far as 2 years away, but he still provided us with excellent service and remained in contact with me regarding our home search. During our purchase and closing process, Zach went over and above what was required of him as our buyer's agent. Hopefully, this is our last home, but if not, we'll be calling Zach! Highly recommend!
