Zac was great throughout our entire buying process! We've bought and sold several other properties before, and it was always such a hassle, and I felt like I had to drag the realtor along and double check that things were being done. This wasn't at all the case with Zac and his team. They were on top of things, replied back quickly with any questions, were always willing to help however they could and helped negotiate a fair deal on a property we purchased. If you are looking to purchase a home, I highly recommend Zac Vines. While we were just searching for homes, Zac provided us with a whole packet of things to do in Abilene, TX. Which was invaluable and really made us feel plugged into the community we were planning to live in. He was knowledgeable and transparent every step of the way. He also used various forms of communication ( texting, calling, email and video calling) to make it easy for us who were battling the schedule of a 6 month old and time zone changes. He really went above and beyond to aid us in this process and now as I sit in my beautiful home writing up this review, I can tell you I am in love with my home and so blessed to have had him working diligently on our behalf.

Zac and his coordinator Natalie are a 5 star realtor team! They were patient with us as we looked at house after house trying to find the best fit for our family in this crazy market. Zac was super flexible with how he showed us the houses as well - sometimes video walkthroughs and sometimes in person while my husband was doing a video walkthrough. They were always willing to answer our questions about the house and they provided great contacts to help us with our renovation needs.
