Do not skip the first and most important step of a buyers consultation with a trusted real estate advisor it will save you a lot of frustration in the end because you are able to not only get market insight but also it helps you, the buyer figure out what is most important to you in a home.

It's best to start depersonalizing, decluttering and adding curb appeal once you have made the decision to sell. Always ask a trusted real estate professional about your home value before you go off automated sites as they do not take into account hyperlocal market conditions and unique upgrades you may have already completed.

I have with clients at all different stages of their lives from the first time homebuyer to the new grandparent selling their home to be closer to family. Each price point and situation has varied greatly and brings different challenges that at times we might not be preapared for but have always been able to help my client transition easily.

Most recently I helped my 1st time homebuyer close on a new construction home after helping her for 2 years. We went through three lenders but she persevered to with mine and the loan officers guidance to get her in place to close. It was a great moment for her and me cause I felt like I really made a difference in helping her build generational wealth.

After buying and selling a few properties of my own I fell in love with the process and the beauty of appreciation as a seller so it really inclined me to help others start taking my personal knowledge and really build on it in order to educate others in starting to achieve their real estate goals that they may or may not have known were possible.
