Hello! My name is Yvette Riggott and I am a Las Vegas native. I am passionate about helping people find their dream home - I've moved 17 times in the last 8 years! Being on the end of far too many moves and a lot of boxes - I know how valuable a really good Realtor is. I have been at the receiving end of not knowing what was going on with our transaction, waiting to hear if an offer has been accepted, and waiting to hear if we had secured our dream home for our family. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure that you have a great connection with your Realtor and that you TRUST THEM. They are going to be helping you through the biggest purchase of your life, you'll want a rockstar by your side.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Be open to the suggestions of your listing agent. You may not want to move furniture or declutter, but we are hired to get you top dollar for your house!!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have primarily worked with clients that are relocating. We have done a lot of Facetiming and emailing but we have got them their dream home without them having to make lots of expensive trips out to Las Vegas to view homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Every transaction is my new favorite. I have a great neck of meeting people in random places and striking up a relationship - so the next time you're pumping gas I might say hi!!!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
after 1 October in Las Vegas my family urged me to leave the hospitality industry on the strip and to pursue other avenues. Real estate is something I have always been interested in - and now I get to make a living doing something really fun!
