Carlos was a fantastic realtor to work with. I started my house hunt in a really tough market and he was there to guide me through the process by providing sound advice and always staying positive. It was such a pleasure working with Yudy. I was a single woman with a lot of questions; decision making, especially on big tickets items, is not my strong suit. Yudy made the process of selling my home so much easier. He was very patient and always answered my questions in a very timely manner. I appreciate his honesty regarding what improvements are necessary to help sell (there wasn't many and they didn't cost a fortune). He was excellent at letting me know the status of the sale every step of the way. I would highly recommend Yudy to anyone who is buying or selling a home, he was excellent to work with.
