I have been working in the Real Estate industry since 2015. I started out as an investor, working with wholesales and short/long term rental properties. In 2018, I decided to become an agent and help others with their real estate needs. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive everyday to exceed their expectations. I am the team leader of the Ysmaine Domiciano Team of Central PA with Exp Realty. I was born and raised in Brazil, therefore I speak Portuguese. I can also speak Spanish. Before coming to the US, I graduated from Law school in Brazil. My background in law has helped me tremendously with my real estate career. I pride myself on my negotiation skills and great attention to detail, which allowed me to help my clients during their transactions. Since becoming a realtor I have further extended my education by obtaining additional designations to be able to provide even greater service to all my clients. I have SRES, SRS, ABR, PSA and MRP designations/certifications. After coming to the US, I fell in love with the people, the diversity and all the culture. Before entering the real estate industry. I joined the US Army and served for 8 years. The experiences I had in the military have instilled in me great values and disciplines. I have specialized in working with service members and veterans looking to use their VA benefit. On a personal note, I attribute my career success thus far not only to my passion for real estate, but also to the integrity in my work and the skills I have developed for buying and selling. My business has been growing successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of my happy clients and their referrals to family, friends and neighbors. This track record has only been possible because I strive to deliver both results AND an enjoyable experience to all my clients. Being a Latina, I can say I have a combination of a tenacious, honest and caring spirit. Which means I will be by your side, every step of the way, always looking out to your best interests. I live in Harrisburg with my partner and 2 furry babes (a Shar-Pei and a Shi-tzu), which think they own the house. I am also a health coach and mud runner enthusiast. I graduated from Shippensburg University with a dual major in Supply Chain and Information Technology.
