I live in New York City, do not drive, and the thought of renovating the unit (which she suggested) and ultimately not being able to attend the closing was causing great stress. Yolanda dealt effectively with the management company, recommended and supervised the contractor, put it on the market and sold it for over the ask within 2 days. She also solved the issue I had concerning the closing by sending a notary to me with the necessary closing documents. She was responsive, professional and reassuring during a most stressful time in my life. I cannot recommend Yolanda Muckle strongly enough!
