My husband and I started looking for a home 2 weeks before the Covid Pandemic closed everything down. We had no idea how the world would change. Through searching for a home during an ongoing pandemic in the months / years to come, surgery, and through family tragedy and loss - this lady was there with us through it all. It's tough enough to buy a home during normal circumstances. In addition, I have 2 challenging medical conditions. So part of our search was finding a home that did trigger them. Yolanda always kept us motivated that we would find the right home. As an example - If a home made me feel sick - Yolanda would recommend I step outside and "reset" and see if I could continue or we would move on to the next home. In another example, basements typically had steep stairs so Yolanda and my husband would go in advance of me. She always made me feel like it was okay to not be okay. Finally - one time I didn't notice my shoe was untied. Yolanda did and rushed to the rescue to make sure I did not fall. I always felt like I was in good hands! If that's not above and beyond - I don't know what is! What an amazing person.This is what was important to me. To my husband - someone we could trust and that knew their stuff was important. And Yolanda does! She has years of experience in the industry so she was able to discuss with us and even point out the good and the "will need work". She always had our best interest in mind. And we felt we "trusted her". She took both what me and what my husband needed in a home into account. Even what our puppies needed. She was right - we found the home we were looking for. A one Floor ranch in the neighborhood we thought would be impossible for us. Not only is she amazing! But she also has a great team that she works with so once we found our home, the process in getting us to closing was effortless. I thank God for this amazing realtor that came into our lives and didn't give up with us! We could not have done it without her. She's not just a realtor - she became a part of our family.
