After our research of other realtors and a phone call with Yolanda, we decided she was the best choice. We (more so I, :-) ) were very nervous about opening our home for showings during the pandemic. She was very understanding and patient with us during this process guiding us through every question we had. Luckily, I had nothing to worry about as our home sold in less than 48 hours. First time home buying is scary and frustrating, and adding the Covid pandemic on top compounds it.
