Yolanda Hayes

North Carolina real estate broker Yolanda Hayes attended the University of Cincinnati in Ohio where she quickly learned that she wanted to go on a different path. Shortly after leaving school at age 24, Yolanda relocated to North Carolina for a change in culture diversity and entrepreneurial opportunities. Yolanda decided to settle down in Charlotte, the most popular city of North Carolina. Charlotte offered the most opportunities for women, African Americans and small business owners. In 2007, Yolanda became a licensed real estate broker and today in 2021 is now the Broker In Charge of the Twin City Realty Group. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors (WSRAR), Carolina Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), Triad Multiple Listing Services and Chamber of Commerce member. Yolanda is well known and loved by both her colleagues and clients for her integrity, loyalty and professionalism. She is also known for being an aggressive negotiator, market knowledge and will fight for her clients. Yolanda has now expanded her team to Winston Salem, NC where she now resides with her family.
