Yolanda was our seller and buyer Agent. We put our house on market with her on Sunday and had 2 solid contracts within 72hours. After we got the contracts she took us out and found us the house of our dreams without sacrificing what we already had in 3 days. All the contracts for the current and new home got ratified and we moved in less than a month. She was very professional, energetic, knowledgeable, and her communication skills are amazing which was top on our list of what we wanted in a Realtor. She also has been on the nation wide show "House Hunters" which is a plus that shows she really has it going on :). We highly recommend her and will use her if we move again.
