ZillowVERIFIEDWe purchased a home from Yeiry (JD) Sanchez #3307233 (Keller Williams Realty Boca Raton/Homes by Cusi) on March 18, 2025. She failed to disclose multiple problems with the home which she helped to remodel and flip. During the walkthrough, my husband noted a bubble on the ceiling and asked if there was a leak in the roof. She stated she didn't know anything about it. My husband lifted the rug right underneath the bubble on the ceiling and the wood floor was damaged. She had rented "staging" furniture to sell the house and used the rug to cover up the damage, doubling down saying she didn't know anything about this. She sent her roofer to check on the problem and he told us she did know and that he was brough in to "fix" the situation in June of 2024 and again in August of 2024, even showing us photos on his phone from the work done and the dates of the photos. She still denied knowing anything about it. We negotiated a price decrease as we did not trust her to fix the problem she supposedly never knew about. Upon moving in, our roofer found more problems with the roof than those found during the inspection. In addition, two days after moving in, flying termites were everywhere. We now have to move out for three days while our new home is tented for termites. JD worked on flipping this house and sold it knowing of problems she did not disclose. I hope that no one has to go through what we have gone through already and continue to go through each day as we find more problems with our "dream" home.
