Xena Vallone

Xena Vallone is actually a second time Florida resident, originally here in the late 1980s and back again in 2000 with a stay in Buffalo, New York (East Aurora) in between to raise her two boys, Steven and Michael. She began her real estate sales career in 2001 working as a REALTOR in Bradenton, then as a Property Manager on Longboat Key before obtaining her Broker license to return to sales and eventually opening Xena Vallone Realty in 2009 in Sarasota. Xena believes in keeping abreast of issues surrounding real estate and to that end has obtained her ABR, AHWD, ACP, SFR designations and CDPE certification. Feeling strongly about maintaining the integrity of the industry, the first committee she joined at her local association was Grievance Committee, followed later by Professional Standards. In 2017 she served as President of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee after serving in 2016 as President-Elect, in 2015 as Treasurer and in 2014 as Secretary. She also services as a Director at Florida Realtors. Locally, she is a Board Member of the City of Bradenton Code Enforcement Board. When not volunteering at various community events, you can find Xena and her husband Dave enjoy all Sarasota and Manatee have to offer with their grandkids, Ryan, twins Addison & Logan and their Beagle, Lucy. Xena also enjoys photography, boating, fishing, the beach, travelling and reading.
