Xavier Flores was born and raised in Ventura. After graduating high school he attended and graduated from UCLA with a Political Science degree with an emphasis on International Relations. His studies would prepare him for his future in real estate as he learned how to negotiate and communicate with others and more importantly, he found his desire to serve.



After graduating in 2004, Xavier decided to make real estate a career and was hired by a top producing real estate broker at Re/max in Ventura. With the knowledge he learned at Re/Max, he decided to venture out on his own and in 2010 he joined the fastest growing real estate company in the nation, Keller Williams Realty.



Xavier is a member of the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams West Ventura County, Top Producer from 2011-2018. He is also the current President of the Channel Island Bruins Alumni which help raise money for UCLA students from the Ventura County area.

Xavier dedicates himself to serving his clients and making sure their goals are achieved. With over 250 transactions under his belt, he has gained the trust and confidence of his clients, peers, and the real estate community.
