I have now completed 3 real estate transactions with Woody and I couldn't be more impressed. Five years ago, he helped me with the purchase of my first home. This year, he helped me with the sale of that home and the purchase of another. This was not easy as inventory was extremely low and I had a very tight turnaround time for purchase. Woody was thoughtful and responsive and guided me every step of the way - even making sure I was settled in to my new home before leaving Baltimore for the day. I couldn't recommend him and his team more strongly.

Woody was the most professional and reliable realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. He was very helpful through the entire home buying process. He was very open minded and patient with us as we visited so many houses until we found "the one". He also did not hesitate to tell us any concerns he saw at the houses we visited. Woody helped us with the purchase of our new home and we couldn't be happier. He is easy to get along with, very responsive, patient and has become a friend of our family. My daughter calls him Uncle Woody! My husband and I really appreciate his patience.
