Stephanie walked me thru every step of buying my first home. It wasn't a normal...or easy real estate sell due to the Seller living in a foreign country. However, Stephanie worked diligently to make sure that everything on our side was ready to close in a very timely manner. She stayed in communication with my Lender and the Title Company as well to also help make it as easy as possible. She is very knowledgeable, dedicated, determined and professional. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy or sell property.

She was always readily available when I had endless questions about the house buying process and finding different homes. She is the reason I ended up buying a house because she encouraged me to apply for a loan to even see if I qualified. I was potentially going to be paying $200+ more in rent on a rental house vs buying a house and saving myself money. She also didn't just stop when the final signing was complete. She still took the time out to check up and see how things were going after we moved in and settled down. She has done one amazing job of progressing and learning as she's embarked on this journey of being a realtor.
