Willie is amazing to work with. I am a first time home buyer and he helped me find the perfect home by asking me all the right questions. He is very knowledgeable and involved in every step of the process. He was able to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable before putting an offer on my house. I was very nervous about buying a home and he helped put my nerves at ease by being readily available and answering every single question I had (and I had a lot). Willie took the time to explain every document to me so I had a good understanding of what I was signing. I was hesitant to spend so much money on my home but be was able make final negotiations on the sale price.
