They listed our home on California Avenue in Whittier, and immediately went to work marketing the home, talking to neighbors for blocks around, having professional videographers shoot the pictures which were mounted on 9"x12" postcards mailed in a wide area, conducting open houses etc.We had 3 escrows close in 5 days; it was smooth as silk and no problems due to their coordinators, an accurate,timely escrow, and their due diligence and great customer service.We nicknamed them the "Dynamic Duo" for their tireless efforts on our behalf. We listed our home with Willie and Anna Garcia after interviewing several agents. Willie was spot on in recommending what we needed to do to prepare/update our home for sale. The Garcia team had excellent photos taken and marketed our home vigorously as they had promised. Even though they listed our home at a price higher than anyone else had suggested, we attracted 7 offers (most over the asking price) in a week. I have also had a home overvalued by a different agent and received zero offers in six months so I am wary of high valuations, but the Garcia team pulled it off with excellent advice and strong marketing. They were also very communicative and were extremely helpful in finding local repairmen, etc. as we had moved out of the area years before. I highly recommend the Garcia Team!!!

We found the Garcia team through reading their reviews on another app & quickly realized they are a great husband and wife team!
