Proactive and always working for us to make the sale happen! He worked through some difficult issues with ease. We had a situation where original buyer cancelled her purchase, but William had a backup buyer willing to step in. When that buyersusequently failed to follow through, William got in touch with the original buyer and got the sale done. He worked with this buyer through several issues and many questions as well. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone.

We are new to the Port Saint Lucie area and entrusted William to find us a home. He stayed in constant communication with us before we moved and had us prepared for the local housing market. Once here, William took his time showing many properties based on our instructions. During the process he would recommend which homes for sale were the best values. Once we decided on a home, William did a great job negotiating the price in a competitive market. He also recommended various vendors that allowed for a smooth process from sale to closing. After closing, William followed up to make sure all closing items were concluded to our satisfaction. Overall great job. Highly recommend.
