I have used Thompson Realty Group to market and sell 3 homes. Each was an investment that we fixed up and resold for a profit. From the start Bill was a huge help with budgeting, planning and fielding design questions. Our goal in this is always to create a home that will be loved by the future owner and will generate a profit for our company. Designing around what sells is key. As the project neared the end, Bill had buyers lined up to see and potentially offer on the houses. On the most recent sale, we got a great offer and sold the house at exactly the price we desired.
