From the beginning, he worked tirelessly to ensure that we were not only prepared but know what to expect. He took his time to walk us through the process every step of the way; always ready to answer any questions we have and advise us in the best way. The process started when we reached out to Bill at the beginning of January 2022. We are a veteran family and would be utilizing the VA loan. Bill was happy to provide us with information on how the VA loan works and any other clarifications we needed as first-time homebuyers, his competence and reassurance proved to be invaluable. Our lease was up on March 31st so we had very little time to work with. Coupled with the hectic housing market, we seemed to be having very little luck securing a house. Easily, Bill traversed close to 1000 miles in pursuit of our dream house. Day after day, he persisted until we found the one. He moved swiftly staying in touch with the sellers agent to ensure that we put in our offer on time. Finally, due to his diligence, our offer was accepted and we were finally on the way to buying our house. He maintained a close relationship with our loan officer throughout the process to ensure a smooth transaction. We successfully closed on March 15th and moved into our new house on March 16th.
