William is a fabulous realtor and will go above and beyond to help his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable of the regulations and negotiates to get the most value for his clients. If you encounter any challenges during the sale or purchase of your home, William will find resources to help you resolve said challenge. We needed a plumber for an item found during inspection of our AC and William was gracious to take that off of our plate. We have used him for three sales and one purchase. You will not regret choosing his firm and will be delightfully pleased at the extra layers of service. I would not trust anyone else with such an important transaction.
