William Menzel

William and Mary have been Realtors for over 20 years and have closed over 160 residential transactions. William also has successful experience in commercial real estate. Mary is a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design and provides FREE STAGING services to clients. William and Mary also published a 100 page book titled " HOW TO SELL YOUR HOME FOR MORE MONEY" which is available for free to clients. Mary speaks Spanish and has helped many first time buyers. William has an MBA from Columbia University Business School and a BBA from Pace College. William and Mary are very experienced with short sales. William is a certified ROE specialist and has the Seniors SRES designation. William and Mary are proud of their 96% closing rate and many excellent references. William and Mary have two children, two grandsons and two granddaughters. They have lived in Randolph, NJ since 1991 and are active members of the Randolph VFW and other community organizations.
