Will helped us look at houses in the Saugatuck/South Haven area, and acted as our buyers agent through the process of closing on our (dream) second home. Throughout the whole process, Will has highly professional, communicative, and knowledgeable, in addition to being an absolute pleasure to work with. Every step of the way, he went above and beyond his professional duties - including putting on his lawyer hat (Will has a JD) to help us navigate all of the details of the closing process. When we were in the process of finding and touring homes (which took two rounds of visits to the area, and touring 10+ houses in total), Will was responsive and thoughtful about the houses he showed us. He listened carefully to all of our preferences and priorities - no matter how idiosyncratic - and incorporated that feedback well. He was easy to communicate with while planning our visits (we live in Chicago so logistics were a little challenging), and very personable and pleasant to be around during the tours. Will asked great questions, and proactively brought possible issues with houses to our attention. He never gave us the hard sell or pushed us to move on anything, and was patient and respectful of our busy schedules throughout the whole process. Will gave great recommendations for everyone from surveyors to home inspectors to repair people, which was very helpful since were new to the area. When it came to closing, Wills training as a lawyer came in very handy - he reviewed all documents closely, and even went the extra mile in removing exceptions from the title (an erroneous easement). My wife and I cannot recommend Will Greene highly enough!
