My husband and I started working with William Bill early April 2020 when we decided to list our home in the midst of a global Pandemic! Bill came out to our home and provided advice on what things we should address prior to listing the home. We took a few months to address those items and officially listed our home late June 2020. The pictures that were used to list our home were absolutely AMAZING! Our home listed on a Wednesday and by the following Monday we had SEVERAL offers that Bill helped us navigate. We entered into a contract and had an anticipated closing date end of the month July 2020. To no fault of Bills, the deal fell through!
