Multi family: Investors are great clients for us. Multi family properties are a unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to us. Default Specialists: I have been working in the default industry for 14 years. I work with banks to liquidate their Reo inventory. Short Sales: I have worked this industry as well for many years. Most of our short sale leads come from the lenders themselves so we can have answers on offers within days rather than weeks.

    Mr. Boyd came to list our first home. He gave us instructions as to what the home needed to sell in a timely manner as we had already found our next home. The home was listed and sold at better than asking price with in a week. We were able to close on the home the same day we purchased our home on Greenwood ave. He guided us through the home selling and purchasing of our homes with ease. Look forward to working with his office in the future. Would recommend him again.
