first of all hate car sales men and realtors had no intention on using an agent. We where looking at houses with just sellers agents this is how we met Bill. You feel relaxed dealing with him never pushy. The things you're not thinking about when buying a house Bill's thinking of them for you. Put are deal together in 30 days from offer to closing. Honest guy has old school values in todays world. Long and the short of it if looking to buy or sell a house do yourself a favor and use Bill. Glad i did.

I give Bill 10 stars excellent. Above and beyond. I would recommend him to everyone out there that is looking for a realtor. He is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor if he doesnt know the answer to your question he will get the answer very quickly. When you call him if with a question he will get back to you quickly not a day later.The great thing he is a no pressure realtor he gives you time to think doesnt want you to make a hasty decision. I personally I would not recommend another realtor but Bill Mercogliano.
