This was my second time working with Willard and it truly was a pleasure to work with him both times. I first met Willard when I relocated here from Guam, he was highly recommended to me by a mutual friend who was also my real estate agent in Guam. Not being from this area, I wanted to rent first for a while allowing me the time to learn the area and make an informed decision on what area I wanted to buy in. Willard was great, while helping me secure a suitable rental was not as profitable as purchasing a home, Willard proved to give as much of his time, effort and dedication to helping me as he did when I was purchasing a home. He is funny and fun to work with, which can be very helpful as shopping for the perfect home can at times be very stressful.
