Bill is a lifelong resident of the Capital District area and has been living in the Town of Niskayuna for over 30+ years. He's worked in a number of other locations including Albany, Schenectady, and Bedford, Massachusetts. Bill has over 9 years' of experience in residential real estate sales plus over 30 years of commercial business experiences in the information technology industry in the areas of sales, marketing, management and new business development. He also was a previous founder and principle partner and manager of several very successful local information technology firms that provided systems support services and professional technology consulting services in the areas of database/data warehouse design and business analytic systems implementations to many companies in the Fortune 500. As a real estate professional, Bill's career in business development and client satisfaction transitions easily to working with his clients to purchase or sell real estate. He prides himself on the ability to walk his clients through every detail of each transaction with unsurpassed communication.
