Kourtney Schneiderjan with Magnolia Realty was absolutely amazing to work with. From day one, she was professional, attentive, and made us feel like we were her only clients. She worked incredibly hard to get our home sold and was always on top of every detail. One thing that really stood out was how much care she put into presenting our home. She coordinated beautiful photography and brought in a stager, which made a huge difference. The whole experience felt very high-end and boutique, not rushed or cookie-cutter at all. Kim helped us when we relocated back to DFW. Although we had an idea where we wanted to land, Kim helped us learn about different areas that worked for us. She helped us through some very tough deals with very little inventory on the market a couple years back and eventually we found our home which has worked great for us. She really listened and knew what we were looking for so we didn't have to waste time touring houses that wouldn't work. Loved working with Kim and highly recommend her for buying and selling!

KIM CARES! As an octogenarian couple, family and friends thought we were crazy to consider selling our home at Robson Ranch and building a home in Bryan/College Station. Kim was recommended to us by a close friend. When I called Kim, she was at the airport waiting on a flight to Europe.
