Will helped us to both buy and sell our home in Ladera ranch. He is one of the foremost experts in Ladera ranch and the surrounding communities. He helped us to win the bidding war to get our house in 2020 (came down to best and final). When we went to list our house this year Will had the house listed within the week, staged in the same week, and under contract a mere days after listing. He is extremely knowledgeable and we would recommend his team to anyone looking to buy/sell anywhere in Orange County.

Working in real estate for over 5 years, I felt comfortable reaching out to Michelle for a potential rental. I will say I have never been so disappointed in a realtor. Michelle waited til the morning of the move-in date to pull out of our contract luckily for her wasn't signed yet. This was so heart breaking as I was in a situation where I had to find something ASAP as I explained to Michelle. I do not recommend.
