Our CU had local representation in the lower Florida Keys, provided by Prudential Knight & Gardner Realty. So we get a call from Will one day. I guess he was next in line? Within the opening few minutes of our first telephone conversation, Will knew who we were since we have family in Key West (and it's a really small town). We had traveled several times to the Lower Florida Keys in the last three years in pursuit of our little piece of MargueritaVille. We did our homework. We found our MargueritaVille. Will facilitated the purchase transition smoothly with his knowledge of the local settlement, insurance, and other local services. Will is a professional in every way. Don't be fooled by his subtle Southern Gentleman's demeanor. He is a very smart and knowledgeable negotiator and one could not find a better advocate in your behalf. So one day upon returning to our MargueritaVille, we found a Key Lime tree in a pot setting on our deck with a Thank You card from Will. Thank you Will.
